ARABAKI's Special Live Series "Mutsu Zankyo -TRIAD-" Confirms Kawasaki and Sendai Dates

The team behind Japan's ARABAKI music festival has announced details for a special standalone live series called Mutsu Zankyo -TRIAD-, bringing together three bands — Age Factory, Straightener (ストレイテナー), and w.o.d. — for two shows in two cities: Kawasaki on December 10, 2026, and Sendai on January 10, 2027. The announcement was posted on the organizer's official Instagram account, @arabaki_official.

What was announced

Both dates are standing-room-only shows featuring the same three-band lineup. The Kawasaki show takes place at CLUB CITTA', a well-known live venue in the city, while the Sendai date is at Sendai PIT. Ticket price is identical for both shows, with a discounted early tier for GTR fan-club members.

About the three bands

Age Factory is a three-piece band from Nara, while w.o.d. hails from Osaka; both are active groups in Japan's recent rock/garage scene. Straightener, formed in 1998, is one of the longer-running bands in Japanese rock.

"Mutsu" is the old name for the Tohoku region where Sendai is located, and ARABAKI ROCK FEST. has long been based in Miyagi Prefecture. This project connects the two cities of Kawasaki and Sendai, with the subtitle "TRIAD" reflecting the three-band lineup.
