Taiwan's Freckles Announce 2026 Japan Tour: Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto
Taiwanese indie-pop band Freckles have announced a three-city Japan tour for September 2026, stopping in Tokyo, Nagoya and Kyoto with a different local or regional support act each night. The run marks the vinyl release of their album Imperfect Lover / 不完全な恋人.

What was announced
The tour was revealed via the official Instagram of organizer Big Romantic Records (大浪漫唱片). Freckles will play one show each in Tokyo, Nagoya and Kyoto on the dates above, each with a different co-billed act: everfor (also from Taipei) in Tokyo, Above Oak Fields in Nagoya, and Japanese singer-songwriter YeYe in Kyoto. The official announcement describes this as a 'restart' for Freckles, centered on the vinyl (LP) release of their album Imperfect Lover / 不完全な恋人. In addition to these three standalone shows, the band will also appear at the Ringo Music Festival, an outdoor music festival in Nagano, Japan.
