Violet Grohl Expands 2026 UK Tour: Bigger Manchester Venue, New Brighton Date
Los Angeles singer-songwriter Violet Grohl has expanded her 2026 UK tour in response to "huge demand," according to NME. Her Manchester show moves from the Deaf Institute to the larger-capacity Band On The Wall (August 25), and a new Brighton date has been added at Chalk on October 8. Both London dates at Barfly Camden (September 1 and 2) are already sold out. Violet released her debut solo album, Be Sweet To Me, in May via Auroura Records/Republic Records.

The updated routing spans Europe, North America and Mexico, with the UK dates clustered from late August through mid-October. The run also includes festival stops at Reading & Leeds, Electric Picnic, Pukkelpop and Lowlands.

The tour's venue sizes — ranging from small live houses to mid-size halls — track with the promotional scale of a debut album. In interviews, Violet has spoken about the position of women in rock and said she doesn't concern herself with how male peers in the scene view her.
Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has previously said he only learned his daughter had signed a record deal when she told him over dinner. He's said publicly that he has had "zero involvement" in shaping her musical direction.
