2026 Vagabond Festival Reveals Third Lineup Wave: Sunset Rollercoaster, coldrain, NELL Among 30+ Taiwanese, Japanese, Korean Acts Playing Tainan in November
The 2026 Vagabond Festival (浪人祭) announced its third wave of performers on July 7, 2026, adding eight Taiwanese acts to an already international bill. The festival runs November 7 (Sat) to 8 (Sun), 2026, on the large lawn beside the Anping Sunset Viewing Platform in Tainan — a stretch of coastline near the Anping remote-control flying field. The confirmed lineup now numbers more than 30 acts spanning Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and beyond. The event is organized by Bendao Curation Co., Ltd. (笨道策展有限公司).
Newly Announced Acts
The third wave adds eight Taiwanese performers:
- A_Root同根生 × 三牲獻藝 — a joint set blending Yilan folk-ritual and temple-inspired electronic music with Hakka vocals
- 溫室雜草 (Greenhouse Weeds) — sustained guitar tones with retro-modern rock leanings
- 公館青少年 (Gongguan Youth) — dual-vocalist youthful indie
- 庸俗救星 Vulgar Savior — urban alt-rock
- 上山 — emo punk and post-rock
- 普通隊長 Captain Ordinary — upbeat punk
- 薄暮 EVENFALL — jagged melodies and wall-of-sound textures
- Tickle Tickle 癢癢 — organic soundscapes with theatrical vocals

As of this third announcement, confirmed performers include ano, Sunset Rollercoaster (落日飛車), coldrain, Bestards (理想混蛋), Sorry Youth (拍謝少年), 美秀集團, NELL, Sunny Day Service, Elephant Gym (大象體操), Ohito Kimishima (君島大空), Been Stellar, こっちのけんと Kocchi no Kento, Flesh Juicer (血肉果汁機), Wendy Wander (溫蒂漫步), Freckles (雀斑), Shallow Levée (淺堤), Laura day romance, Anamanaguchi, C.Holly, plus the eight newly added acts above. Organizers say more names are still to come.
