SYNCASET vol.2 Moves to a Bigger Tokyo Venue for Nov. 8, 2026 — With Cassette-Only Releases from Every Act

Japanese label COMPLEX and Tokyo venue Aoyama 月見ル君想フ (Tsukimi ru Kimi Omou) are jointly presenting SYNCASET vol.2 on Sunday, November 8, 2026, at HOME/WORK VILLAGE Gymnasium in Ikejiri-Ohashi, Tokyo, with support from CASSETTE EXPRESS. The concept: every performing artist releases a cassette made specifically for that day in limited quantities, then plays it live. Fans can pick up the day-only tapes on site, inside a venue that's a converted former junior-high-school gymnasium.

Compared to the spring vol.1, held at Aoyama's Tsukimi ru Kimi Omou, this edition has more than doubled its artist count — and moved to a bigger space to match.

Who's playing

Organizers say more names are still to be confirmed ("and more..."), with the above the currently confirmed lineup. Taniguchi Yu, long known as a supporting player and track producer for many artists, is described by the organizers as a consummate character actor of a musician — here he finally brings a solo work of his own. Three-piece rock band Saraba Teikoku has drawn praise for its recently released track "OCEAN BEAT"; Kyo Eiichi's band Yukiguni is currently touring six cities nationwide behind "claras."
