Persona 5 Turns 10: iam8bit Reissues 109-Track 6LP Vinyl Box Set
Atlus's role-playing game Persona 5 launched in Japan on September 15, 2016, arriving worldwide the following year. To mark the 10th anniversary, video game collectibles label iam8bit has announced a wave of physical reissues, as reported by NME.
The centerpiece is a reissued 6LP deluxe vinyl box set covering 109 tracks from the game, priced at $149.99. The soundtrack, composed by Shoji Meguro, spans acid jazz, funk and soul, with more than 100 tracks in total. It's also being released on cassette for the first time.

iam8bit announced the news on social media on September 15. The vinyl restock, along with the new CD and cassette releases across the series, went on sale the following day at 9am Pacific Time.
About the soundtrack
iam8bit describes Persona 5 as a "JRPG journey of over a hundred hours," with a soundtrack to match its scale, ranging from vocal-driven tracks to more introspective instrumental passages. Japanese soul singer Lyn Inaizumi's vocals are central to many of the tracks, with arrangements handled by the Atlus Sound Team.
Official descriptions of the game itself focus on leading the Phantom Thieves of Hearts as they explore Tokyo, build relationships, battle Shadows, and infiltrate the inner worlds of corrupt targets.
Shoji Meguro's upcoming performances
Persona series composer Shoji Meguro will present the music of the sequel Metaphor: ReFantazio in three orchestral performances this year, with dates in Paris and London planned for early next year. Separately, the Japan Game Awards were held on September 15, with Pokémon Pokopia winning its first Game of the Year award for 2026.
