FTK Brings "5ENOM MORPH" to Taipei's RS289 This November
Taiwanese producer/DJ FTK will perform as part of OUT IN THE LOOP x SONIC SHAMAN, a two-city run landing in Taipei on Saturday, November 14, 2026 and in Lucerne, Switzerland the following night. The Taipei date takes place at RS289, a venue inside the JUT (忠泰) complex; the Lucerne show is at Neubad. FTK will play "5ENOM MORPH," a live-set reworking of his 2025 concept album "5ENOM" (五毒), which won Best Electronic Album and Best Electronic Song at the 16th Golden Indie Music Awards.
What was announced
Organizer SONIC SHAMAN confirmed the dates and venues for both legs of the run, along with separate ticket links for each city. "5ENOM" draws on the folklore of gu (蠱), a Southeast Asian witchcraft tradition involving ritualized poison-brewing, as its conceptual framework. "5ENOM MORPH" reconstructs that material as a live performance piece rather than a straight album playback.

FTK's sound
FTK's live sets move between breakbeat, techno, and drum and bass, folding psychedelic atmospherics, dub low-end, and Southeast Asian folk sound sources into a continuous live mix. "5ENOM MORPH" is described as a reconstruction of the "5ENOM" material specifically for live performance, distinct from the studio album.
