Wonderfruit Reveals First Creature Stage Lineup, Led by Ichiko Aoba and Tangerine Dream
Thai festival Wonderfruit has unveiled the first wave of its Creature Stage lineup via its official Instagram account, naming 15 acts. The announcement leans heavily on Asian artists, including Japan's Ichiko Aoba and fox capture plan, Thailand's own Phum Viphurit, and Indonesian band The Panturas — alongside German electronic pioneers Tangerine Dream and UK saxophonist Nubya Garcia. The organizers noted "and more to come," meaning further names are expected.

Who's on the Bill
The 15 names span multiple regions and genres. From Japan, there's vocalist-guitarist Ichiko Aoba and jazz/post-rock trio fox capture plan. Southeast Asia is represented by Thai singer-songwriter Phum Viphurit, Indonesian surf-rock band The Panturas, and Vietnam's Thiên Thanh Band.
On the electronic and cross-disciplinary side, the lineup includes Tangerine Dream, Jack Wyllie, and VEGA, plus performance and visual artist Tianzhuo Chen (ASIANDOPEBOYS). Rounding out the bill are ECHT!, Outlet Drift, Shanka Tribe, Sheherazaad, Nubya Garcia, and Siko Setyanto: Moyang & Seaman.
