Who's playing
ALIKA (Argentina), born Alicia Dal Monte Campuzano in Uruguay and raised in Argentina, first broke through in the 1990s as one half of the rap duo Actitud María Marta — one of Latin America's earliest all-female rap acts. She later moved into reggae and Rastafari culture, recording as Alika y Nueva Alianza, and has since worked with Cumbia figures like El Hijo de la Cumbia and La Liga. Her track "Yo Tengo El Don" was featured on the GTA V soundtrack. She'll bring a DJ along and perform live at this show.
DJ Scratchy (UK), born Barry Myers, made his debut in 1976 opening for The Ramones at Dingwalls Dancehall in London, then spent the next two years as The Clash's touring DJ across the UK and US. Over more than four decades he has mixed reggae, ska, punk, soul and rock, sharing stages with Iggy Pop, Black Uhuru, The Pogues and Gogol Bordello, and hosting shows on stations including BBC 6Music.
DJ Txako (Japan) is a core member of Tokyo DJ collective Caribbean Dandy and Latin-rock label Japonicus, billed as Asia's first female DJ to focus on Mestizo music and dubbed the "Queen of Patchanka." Her sets span Cumbia, reggae, Dub, Ska, Balkan and global beats. She has played Fuji Rock 14 times, appeared at Spain's Rototom Sunsplash reggae festival for two consecutive years, and previously toured Taiwan in 2018, 2019 and 2024.
