Teenage Fanclub Share New Single, Set Album for October 9
Scottish band Teenage Fanclub have released a new single, "Be With You Tonight," now streaming on all major platforms. The track is taken from their upcoming album Do Not Dare To Dream, set for release on Friday, October 9, 2026 via US independent label Merge Records. The album is now available for pre-order through the band's official links or at physical record stores. "Be With You Tonight" was written by Norman Blake.
How the album was made
Do Not Dare To Dream was self-produced by Teenage Fanclub. The full-band performances were recorded at Black Bay Studio in Great Bernera, with engineering by Cal Roden, David Henderson, and Pete Fletcher during the Black Bay sessions.
Vocals were recorded separately in Glasgow, where the album was also mixed and mastered by Dexter George. The album artwork was created by H. Hawkline.
