Slowdive Return to Taipei in 2026 for 'Everything Is Alive' Show

British shoegaze band Slowdive have confirmed a return to Taipei on December 10, 2026 (Thursday), this time playing Zepp New Taipei in Xinzhuang, New Taipei City. The show carries the subtitle "Everything is alive 萬物有靈" and is presented by ULC Presents under its "LOUDER THAN THE WORLD" series. Slowdive last played Taipei on March 16, 2024 at Legacy MAX, selling out two thousand tickets in under a week. This return comes roughly 999 days after that show.

The "Everything Is Alive" Tour

Since releasing their fifth studio album everything is alive in 2023, Slowdive have kept touring globally into a third year, with shows continuing to sell out. Early 2025 saw a North American run that detoured into smaller towns like Burlington and North Adams alongside major cities, followed by an Australian leg in May. In June 2026, the band returned to the main stage of Primavera Sound in Barcelona — the same festival that helped legitimize their reunion twelve years ago.

Zepp New Taipei, located in Xinzhuang's Hong Hui Plaza, holds up to roughly 2,245 people standing and includes a fixed seating tier on the second floor. It's currently one of the best-equipped venues for international shows in the greater Taipei area, about a 5-minute walk from the Xinzhuang Fuduxin Station on the Taoyuan Airport MRT line.

Worth Noting

By moving to the larger-capacity Zepp New Taipei, Slowdive and promoters are responding to demand — meaning ticket availability should be less tight than it was for the Legacy MAX show. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, July 22 at 12:00 pm noon via the official ticketing link; fans are advised to have their ticketing platform login and payment details ready in advance.
