New Zealand duo Purple Pilgrims have announced a new album titled Given To The Night, releasing the lead single 'Innocence Lost' alongside the announcement. The group is made up of sisters Clementine Nixon and Valentine Nixon, and the new record follows their 2023 full-length The Coin That Broke the Fountain Floor. Fifteen years as Purple Pilgrims
Clementine and Valentine Nixon grew up between New Zealand and Hong Kong, and have now been making music together as Purple Pilgrims for 15 years. Over that span they've collaborated with New Zealand musicians the Chills and Roy Montgomery, and have shared bills on tour with artists including Aldous Harding and Weyes Blood.
