About the Series
"Urban Female Voices" is Legacy's recurring annual series built around female singers and songwriters, historically ticketed show-by-show and staggered across months, rotating between Legacy's Taipei and Taichung venues. The 2026 edition carries the subtitle "Good Thing They're Here."
The first three names span distinct styles: Xiaoqiu works in indie pop with a theatrical performance sensibility; Sauljaljui, a Paiwan Indigenous singer-songwriter from Pingtung, is known for writing in her mother tongue and playing the moon lute (yueqin); Yoyo Sham, who splits her career between Hong Kong and Taiwan, is known for layered vocal work and intricate arrangements.
What's Not Announced Yet
Legacy has not released ticket prices, on-sale dates, or further names for the series — organizers say additional artists will be added to the lineup in future waves.
