Adrian Sherwood's DUB SESSIONS 2026 Reveals Full Tokyo, Osaka Lineups
On-U Sound founder Adrian Sherwood and Nightmares On Wax headline DUB SESSIONS 2026, with the Tokyo show set for Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at Toma-ya, followed by an Osaka date whose venue and time are still to be announced via the organizer's official account. Promoter BEATINK has posted the full lineup, set times, and merch details on its official Instagram (original announcement), and says tickets are nearly gone.
What was announced
The bill centers on a head-to-head and B2B set between Sherwood and Nightmares On Wax, with extra subwoofers brought in for the occasion. Also confirmed: Silent Poets performing as a DUB ENSEMBLE lineup of Takahiro Haruno (Little Tempo), icchie (Yossy Little Noise Weaver), Kaori Takeda (Tica), and Seiji bigbird (ex Little Tempo), with dub mix by Naoyuki Uchida; Peter Harris making his first visit to Japan for a live painting performance (he previously created cover art for Sherwood's "The Collapse Of Everything" and Lee Perry releases, plus Sherwood's live visuals); opening DJ Moodman in Tokyo and opening DJ K.U.D.O (Major Force) in Osaka.

Merch and food
Both venues will host a mini On-U Sound pop-up store selling a Peter Harris-designed Dub Sessions 2026 T-shirt, an Adrian Sherwood T-shirt, a Japan-exclusive Nightmares On Wax T-shirt, early-era colored On-U logo tees, classic logo tees, coach jackets, needles, 45 adapters, and slipmats. Peter Harris art posters and postcards, plus previously sold-out Nightmares On Wax & Adrian Sherwood "In A Space Outta Dub" vinyl, will also be restocked, with pre-orders open. In Tokyo, Jamaican food stall Patty Pan will be on site at Toma-ya, serving beef, chicken, and vegan patties plus jerk chicken; the venue bar closes at 21:30.

Tied to the pop-up store running at HMV record shop Shibuya 2F's Bankrobber LABO, Adrian Sherwood and Peter Harris will appear for an in-store signing on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at 18:00. Attendance is limited to customers who purchase merchandise during the pop-up period.
