Just Dance: Decades Of Hits Launches With Only 35 Songs — Gorillaz Makes The Cut

Ubisoft announced Just Dance: Decades Of Hits on September 10, the next entry in its long-running dance game franchise, built around nearly 50 years of pop music spanning the 1970s through the 2020s. The game launches October 13 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, with a Switch 2 version following November 10. According to NME, Ubisoft's official announcement blog confirmed the launch tracklist totals only 35 songs — a notably slim lineup for a new mainline entry — and includes Gorillaz's "Feel Good Inc." Ubisoft's press release promises "new songs, new visuals and a brand new Adventure Mode."

Confirmed tracks so far

Ubisoft has revealed 11 of the 35 launch songs, spanning multiple decades:

  1. ABBA – "Mamma Mia"
  2. Run DMC – "It's Tricky"
  3. Billy Joel – "Uptown Girl"
  4. TLC – "No Scrubs"
  5. Spice Girls – "Wannabe"
  6. *NSYNC – "Bye Bye Bye"
  7. Gorillaz – "Feel Good Inc."
  8. DJ Snake and Lil Jon – "Turn Down For What"
  9. Don Omar feat. Lucenzo – "Danza Kuduro"
  10. Sabrina Carpenter – "Manchild"
  11. Bad Bunny – "NUEVAYoL"

Players who own any Just Dance title released between 2023 and 2026 will be able to access their existing song libraries directly within Decades Of Hits, without switching between games.

New modes and specs

The new Adventure Mode follows Lyra, daughter of series character Dr. Gigavolt, as players guide her through six decade-themed worlds featuring mini-challenges, exclusive rewards, and dance stages built around each era's signature songs.

The game supports up to six players locally, using phones as controllers. Party Mode changes its rules each round, while Workout Mode tracks calories burned per dance.

56 songs leaving Just Dance+

Last month, Ubisoft confirmed that 56 songs will be removed from its Just Dance+ subscription service due to expiring licenses. The company said it reviewed usage data and has "tried its best to avoid removing songs the community loves," in an effort to maintain the quality of the song library.
