Korn Frontman Jonathan Davis Marries Brittany Parisi — Same Day as Taylor Swift's Wedding

Korn frontman Jonathan Davis married longtime partner Brittany Parisi on Thursday, July 3, 2026, at the Neighborhood Church of Palos Verdes in Palos Verdes Estates, California. The couple began dating in 2019, and Davis proposed last June in front of the original Birth of Venus painting at the Uffizi Gallery in Florence. The same day, Taylor Swift married NFL player Travis Kelce at Madison Square Garden in New York, with reportedly more than a thousand guests in attendance.

Wedding details

The wedding theme drew on Sandro Botticelli's 14th-century painting The Birth of Venus. Speaking to People before the wedding, Parisi said she had long been fascinated by Italian culture and the history of the Medici family, who commissioned Botticelli's work, and wanted the ceremony to pay tribute to it.

About 80 guests attended, including all of Korn: guitarists James "Munky" Shaffer and Brian "Head" Welch, bassist Roberto "Ra" Diaz, and drummer Ray Luzier, according to Loudwire. The reception featured a five-course dinner prepared by chef Celestino Drago, with bagpiper Aaron Shaw performing live. The couple's first dance was to Lana Del Rey's 2023 song "Young and Beautiful," from The Great Gatsby soundtrack. After the wedding, Davis posted on social media: "Here's to the rest of our lives, I'm so lucky to have you."

Korn's recent activity

Shortly after the wedding, Davis joined Japanese musician Yoshiki onstage for an orchestral performance of Korn's signature track "Freak On A Leash." The band also released its first new song in four years, "Reward The Scars," in April 2026, written for the video game Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred. Korn has additionally announced a UK and European tour for later this year, marking its first return to the region in over a decade, following a headlining performance at Download Festival last year.
