UK Youth Music Hub Jamming Station Launches £50,000 "Do-or-Die" Fundraiser

Jamming Station, a youth music project based in Totnes, Devon, has launched a £50,000 fundraiser to renovate its home venue, The Town Mill. According to NME, organizers are calling it a "do-or-die" campaign, with funds allocated in stages depending on how much is raised.

What the money is for

The baseline goal covers essential fire safety work, a new PA and lighting system, and soundproofing. If the campaign reaches higher funding tiers, plans expand to a fully-equipped youth performance space, including sensory spaces, an employment-focused café, and training facilities.
