Taiwan's Dorala Teams Up with Tomggg on Three Singles, Preps New EP and Band Project

Taiwanese electronic music artist Dorala(ドララ)has released three collaborative singles with Japanese musician Tomggg, with a new EP now teased for release. No release date has been announced yet. Dorala's sound centers on Japanese-style Kawaii Future Bass blended with alternative pop, pairing electronic textures with cute-culture aesthetics. She has also launched a new live project called 【ララ電波】, which reworks her material for a full band lineup. The news was shared via @wildlab.tw's September cover feature.
Three new singles with Tomggg
Dorala's latest work with Tomggg continues her ongoing thread between electronic production and Japanese pop culture. The three singles are set to be followed by a full EP, though the title, tracklist, and release date have not yet been announced by her team or management.
Her sound remains rooted in Kawaii Future Bass, layered with alternative pop elements to build out a distinctive sonic identity.
【ララ電波】: a new band-format live project
【ララ電波】marks a shift in how Dorala presents her music live — moving from solo/electronic sets to a full band configuration. The project blends Japanese rock (J-rock), metal, punk, and electronic elements, aiming for a heavier, more intense live experience. No specific show dates or venues have been announced yet.
Past solo shows
Dorala has previously headlined solo shows at Kaohsiung Music Center's Live Warehouse (小庫) and Taipei Music Center's Live House D — both part of Taiwan's recently built network of pop music venues.
