DIIV have announced their fifth studio album, ZIRP!, set for release on October 30, 2026 via Fantasy Records. The record is produced by AG Cook, founder of PC Music and a longtime collaborator of Charli XCX. Rather than a conventional press rollout, the band mailed physical cards to select fans. The front lists the album title, release date, producer, and label; the back carries a QR code linking to the band's website, along with a phone number, +1 229-798-9477, that plays a pre-recorded message describing ZIRP! as "the future of alternative multimedia entertainment."
