Seoul's Club Evans Marks 25th Anniversary With Visitor Gifts This November

Club Evans (클럽에반스), a jazz venue in Seoul's Hongdae neighborhood, announced its 25th anniversary via its official Instagram account. The club has operated on the same street in front of Hongik University since 2001, maintaining a daily performance schedule throughout. As part of the celebration, the venue says visitors in November will receive a small gift.
What was announced
In its anniversary post, Club Evans thanked the musicians who have performed there over the years — including those who chose the venue to debut new material — and acknowledged audiences who kept showing up through rain, snow, heat and typhoons. The November visitor gift is the one concrete piece of the celebration confirmed so far.

The venue has confirmed the following lineup for early November. Additional dates are expected to be announced via the club's official Instagram.
- Date: November 1 (Sun) — 이기현 Quartet
- Date: November 2 (Mon) — SUPER JAM DAY
- Date: November 3 (Tue) — URBAN JAM DAY
- Venue: Club Evans, Hongdae, Seoul

A fixture of the Hongdae jazz scene
Club Evans has never relocated since opening in 2001, running on a daily-show model that has built a recurring cycle of performers and regulars in the neighborhood. The club described this stretch of time as something that "years alone cannot fully express," and said it hopes visitors will keep coming back anytime. The announcement did not mention further anniversary programming beyond the November visitor gift.
