Seoul venue SOAP has announced a lineup for Saturday, October 10, 2026: Japanese producer/DJ TOWA TEI and Tokyo-based DJ YUKA MIZUHARA sharing the bill. TOWA TEI is known as a member of 1990s New York group Deee-Lite, and since going solo has long moved between house, disco and pop; YUKA MIZUHARA on the same bill is known for selections spanning genres and eras.

TOWA TEI: from Deee-Lite to solo producer and DJ
TOWA TEI's group Deee-Lite formed in New York, and their 1990 single "Groove Is in the Heart" was a global success, bringing him international attention.
After going solo as a producer and DJ, he released work featuring Kylie Minogue and Haruomi Hosono, and has collaborated with artists including Ryuichi Sakamoto, Yukihiro Takahashi, Akiko Yano, and Ringo Sheena. Decades on, he still maintains his sense of rhythm and personal sound moving freely between house, disco and pop.
YUKA MIZUHARA and NTS's "Waveflower"
YUKA MIZUHARA is a Tokyo-based DJ and artist who began record digging through TOWA TEI, with selections spanning genres and eras, and hosts a regular show, "Waveflower," on NTS Radio.
