Tame Impala's Boston Run Brings Surprise Guests: Djo on "Loser," Jennie on "Dracula"
Tame Impala's North American arena run for the Deadbeat tour hit Boston's TD Garden for back-to-back shows on July 28 and 29, 2026, and each night brought a different surprise guest onstage alongside Kevin Parker.
What happened each night
On July 28, opening act Djo — the musical project of actor Joe Keery, known for Stranger Things — joined Tame Impala for a live performance of the new single "Loser." Keery had already appeared in the track's official music video ahead of the show.
The following night, July 29, BLACKPINK's Jennie came out to perform the "Dracula" remix with the band. The collaboration, released in February this year, has become a recurring part of Jennie's own live sets, including her recent Mad Cool 2026 performance. After the Boston show, Jennie wrote on Instagram: "Thank you for having me up on stage, it was really special to sing 'Dracula' together in Boston. Love you Kevin."
