LOCALGREEN FESTIVAL Goes Free for 2026, Returns to Yokohama's Red Brick Warehouse in November
Japanese outdoor music festival LOCALGREEN FESTIVAL is going free for 2026, moving to a fully open-admission format for the first time since it launched in 2018. The two-day event returns to the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse on November 7 (Sat) and 8 (Sun), 2026.
Why the Shift to Free Admission
In an official statement, organizers said LOCALGREEN FESTIVAL has grown alongside participants from various regions since its 2018 founding. Starting in 2026, the festival will center on the concept "Life with Green," spanning music, art, fashion, food, and local nature and community. Organizers say making the event free is meant to bring "Green Culture" to a wider audience.
