KPop Demon Hunters Crosses Over Into Monopoly Go's Halloween Season

Mobile game Monopoly Go! kicked off its Halloween-themed season, called Monster Mash, on September 23 — teaming up with the animated hit KPop Demon Hunters and Ghostbusters for a double crossover. The free-to-play title, which reportedly draws more than 10 million daily logins, keeps its classic Monopoly-style wealth-building loop intact. According to NME, the season runs through November 25.
HUNTR/X and Saja Boys enter the game
During the season, players (called "Tycoons" in-game) will move through minigames and exploration levels themed around KPop Demon Hunters, featuring the girl group HUNTR/X, the boy group Saja Boys, and their shared storyline spanning Seoul and the underworld.
On the music side, HUNTR/X's songs "Golden" and "How It's Done" have been added to the in-game soundtrack. The update also adds a themed in-game shop called Blocks Boutique, stocked with digital collectibles, plus a HUNTR/X concert-experience level with hidden rewards.
Ghostbusters content in the same season
Running alongside the K-pop content, the Ghostbusters side of the season includes racing minigames, cooperative building of Ghostbusters-themed structures with friends, and exploration of the Firehouse headquarters armed with a Proton Blaster to unlock rewards.
