Joyland Sessions 2026 Lineup: Caribou, Slowdive, Fazerdaze to Headline Jakarta
Indonesian festival Joyland Sessions has unveiled its first wave of acts for 2026, led by Canadian electronic producer Caribou and British shoegaze band Slowdive. New Zealand dream-pop project Fazerdaze is also confirmed. The festival runs November 28 (Saturday) to November 29 (Sunday), 2026 at GBK Senayan in Jakarta, with tickets already on sale via the official site and Loket. Alongside the announcement, organizers previewed Fazerdaze's new track "Cherry Pie" as part of a recurring content segment called "Peeking Behind The Beat."

Who's playing
International names confirmed so far include Caribou (Canada), Slowdive (UK), Fazerdaze (New Zealand), Chanpan, and Japanese psych band CHO CO PA CO CHO CO QUIN QUIN. The Indonesian lineup includes Efek Rumah Kaca, Mondo Gascaro, Alkateri, Asken, Falaci, Strange Fruit and Sunlotus.
Only part of the day-by-day schedule has been released: Caribou is slotted for Sunday, November 29, while the performance dates for the rest of the lineup — including Fazerdaze — have not been specified. Organizers say more names will be added to the bill.
What we don't know yet
Beyond Caribou's Sunday slot, no other set times or day assignments have been confirmed. The festival has also not announced a full final lineup, so more acts may still be added before showtime.
Fazerdaze and "Cherry Pie"
The Fazerdaze announcement was paired with an installment of Joyland's ongoing segment "Peeking Behind The Beat," this time focused on "Cherry Pie." The feature breaks down the track's layered soundscapes, unsettled rhythmic treatment, and the bittersweet mood running beneath the beat.
Fazerdaze is the solo project of New Zealand musician Amelia Murray, who built the project on dream pop and bedroom production. Organizers describe her live sound as "dreamy, expansive."
