Four Guests Pull Out of Ed Sheeran Tour Over Macklemore's Removal

Four supporting acts have withdrawn from Ed Sheeran's Loop Tour after rapper Macklemore was removed from the bill for the tour's remaining dates over his public support for Palestine. The withdrawals were reported via posts collected by Crack Magazine.
Who pulled out
- Finneas
- Aaron Rowe
- Lukas Graham
- Beoga, the Irish traditional band
All four were booked as support acts on the Loop Tour, and each announced their exit after Macklemore's removal from the lineup.
Sheeran's explanation — and his own history
Sheeran has placed responsibility for the decision on the tour's promoters and venues, saying he does not want his shows turned into a political forum, arguing fans come to see a concert, not a political statement.
That stance sits awkwardly against his own record: in 2022 he performed at the Concert for Ukraine benefit show and told the crowd, "I stand with you."
