Charli XCX Pulls Surprise Brooklyn Show, Brings Out Clairo, Underscores and Kim Petras

Charli XCX played a surprise show on Thursday, July 10, at the 650-capacity Music Hall Of Williamsburg in Brooklyn, debuting several songs from her upcoming album Music, Fashion, Film live for the first time and digging into a handful of rarities. Clairo, Underscores and Kim Petras all joined her onstage.
Live debuts and surprise guests
Music, Fashion, Film is Charli XCX's follow-up to Brat, due out less than two weeks after this show. The intimate Brooklyn gig functioned as a warm-up ahead of the release, with the set featuring live debuts of new album cuts alongside rarely-played tracks.
Clairo, Underscores and Kim Petras all made appearances, though exact details of their collaborations haven't been fully disclosed. According to Stereogum, the show kept the intimate club atmosphere you'd expect from a 650-capacity room.
The new album: Music, Fashion, Film
Music, Fashion, Film follows Charli XCX's breakout 2024 album Brat. No official release date has been announced yet, but based on available information it's expected to arrive in late July 2026.
