The Seaside Rock Festival (濱海搖滾音樂祭) is a free, ticket-registration rock and indie festival held at MITSUI OUTLET PARK Taichung Port (north entrance) on Taiwan's central coast. It brings a weekend of Taiwanese rock bands and pop singers to an open-air stage beside the outlet mall and the harbour, pairing live music with shopping, food and a seaside Ferris-wheel backdrop. Entry is free but requires a physical ticket obtained in advance through the organiser's charity partners.

How foreigners buy tickets
Entry is free but needs a physical ticket (索票). Tickets are distributed through the organiser's charity partners — you take part in a partner charity activity or buy a designated charity gift box to receive a single-day physical ticket, and a ticket is also bundled with purchases from the linked "赤聲躁動" event. There is no online foreigner registration, so if you're visiting, the simplest route is to ask a local contact to help secure a ticket, or check the festival's Facebook/Instagram near the date for any on-site or partner pickup points. Venue: MITSUI OUTLET PARK Taichung Port (三井 OUTLET 台中港), on the coast west of Taichung city.
Airport: nearest is Taichung (RMQ).
Rail: take the THSR to Taichung Station (烏日) or a TRA train to Qingshui/Shalu (清水／沙鹿), then a bus or taxi to the outlet — the mall runs free shuttle buses from the Taichung HSR and TRA stations (check current timetables). Driving is easy with large mall car parks.
Staying: plenty of hotels in central Taichung and around the HSR; the coast itself is quieter.
