POP YOURS is Japan's largest hip-hop festival, held at Makuhari Messe (Chiba, near Tokyo) every spring. The 2026 edition marks its 5th anniversary and its first-ever 3-day format, spread across April 3–5, 2026, taking over Exhibition Halls 1–6 (roughly 40,500㎡) with 71 acts across multiple stages.
Lineup
Lineup is officially announced. 2026 headliners include LANA (Day 1), Chiba Yuki (Day 2) and KEIJU (Day 3), alongside acts such as Elle Teresa, guca owl, Benjazzy, Bonbero, eyden, ISSUGI, Jinmenusagi, kZm, Litty, Peterparker69, Pxrge, Trxxxper, SEEDA, VaVa, WILYWNKA, and a special STUTS Orchestra live set, among 71 total performers across 3 days. How foreigners buy tickets
- Start on the official Lawson Ticket page — tickets are sold exclusively through Lawson Ticket (l-tike.com); there is no separate international reseller.
- Read the English guide first — Lawson Ticket has a non-Japanese user guide that walks through account creation and payment in English.
- Expect a Japanese phone number requirement — the e-ticket app authenticates via SMS to a Japanese mobile number, which is the single biggest blocker for overseas fans; a Japan SIM, rental number, or a friend's number is usually needed.
- Overseas credit cards work inconsistently — some purchases succeed with foreign Visa/Mastercard, others get declined; having a backup card or a Japan-issued card via a local proxy helps.
- If self-purchase fails, use a proxy/agency service — Japan ticket-proxy services (buyee-style agents or a local friend) can register, pay, and hold the e-ticket on a Japan-registered phone for you to collect at the venue.
Getting there & staying
Route: Fly into Haneda or Narita, take the JR/Keisei/Keiyo Line network into central Tokyo/Chiba, then JR Keiyo Line to Kaihin-Makuhari Station — about 5 minutes' walk to Makuhari Messe.
Last train: Tokyo-area last trains run around midnight; since doors open 9:30am and shows run into the evening, check the JR Keiyo Line's last departure back toward Tokyo before you go.
Staying: Staying near Kaihin-Makuhari or in central Tokyo (with a ~30-40 min commute) both work; Chiba-side hotels are quieter and closer to the venue.
Bring: Comfortable shoes for a large indoor exhibition hall, a portable phone charger, and cash/IC card (Suica/Pasmo) for transit and food stalls.

It's entirely indoors, inside Makuhari Messe's exhibition halls, so weather isn't a major concern.

Is there parking at the venue?
No dedicated festival parking; public transit (JR Keiyo Line) is the recommended way in.
