About
Congji Festival is a rock and indie music festival staged at the Ten Drum Cultural Village, a former Japanese-era sugar refinery on the southern edge of Tainan that has been reborn as a percussion-arts and culture park. The 2026 edition runs 24–26 October, centred on the indoor Dream Sugar Theatre and the surrounding industrial grounds. It pairs live bands with a music market, and trades on the atmosphere of rusted silos and old factory architecture — a very different backdrop from a stadium or a beach.

Route: fly into Kaohsiung (KHH) for the nearest international gateway, or Tainan (TNN) for limited domestic/regional flights. From Tainan city, the park sits in Rende District to the south — take a taxi (~20–25 min) or a local TRA train to Bao'an / Zhongzhou station and a short taxi hop.
Staying: base yourself in central Tainan, which has abundant hotels, hostels and the best food in Taiwan, then commute out to the site.
